Collaborated closely with the Creative Team to develop an Event Reference Guide designed to support departments planning smaller-scale events independently.

This resource streamlined internal processes, ensured brand consistency, and empowered teams to execute successful events without direct involvement from the Events Team.

Planned and executed high-impact events, including Round Up, a large-scale reunion hosted at AT&T Stadium in Dallas that brought together more than 1,500 patient families.

This experience strengthened my ability to manage logistics, timelines, and cross team coordination while delivering meaningful, memorable patient family experiences.
